1. 최호진 님의 API다운 받기(Live Writer버젼_0.9.9)

2. 내 호스팅의 테터 플러그인 폴더에 올리고 활성화


3. Windows Live Writer 설치

4. 설치중 Another weblog service -> 자신의 블로그 주소, 접속자 이름(태터툴즈의 경우는 이메일 주소)과 비밀번호 -> Custom(MetaweblogAPI) + http://태터툴즈블로그주소/plugins/BlogAPI/


5. 사용하기..
